every diode needs 0.7V under a little load, 3V input and four diodes does not left much voltage over. Increase the input swing and unload the last stage. Sinulate a real DMM with 10MOhm. Check this http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6517386684137472 BTW 100uf caps is much to big, dont try it with mains voltage. 10nF are big enough to not be killed by high currents.
