Help making it run as sim. 2 things are making it hard: Tungsten filament is not behavioral, the pnp npn transistors are not exclusively negative resistance models. Build it, try it, tell me.

Simspeed to 1s/s and power of bulb to 3V to get a much lower resistance. Shake to start. But frequency is very low, so be patient. Hope this helps.

with 20uF its a little faster flashing http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5935671823302656

Thx hurz, in the 1/1s sim I can actually see why it turns on. In RWD 'real' world it's complicated, but thatfor it's easy, because the Bulb is magically smoothing the Simulation-ripple or in RWD, it's it's doing many things. I would like to simulate the bulb, which would end in one -not beautyfully simple- solution.

Lumixeu, is this correct or simulator artifact? Thank you.

Quassis, It works in RWD. Simulation works sometimes. So there are artifacts in the time Domain, which i think is most likely.

Simulation does work always or never! Works "Sometimes" - might be the case in real world.

@ hurtz Simulation works at some time resolution some not, while in reality it has to work - then it does or can't then it doesn't. A Simulation alike LT-Spice or Orcad PSpice does work and work very very accurate in comparison to each other or reality.

Dont forget you are sitting in front of a cheap low power device and you make use of a low cost application. Which is just COOL what it can do for you if you understand all given limitations! And maybe even know some workarounds.
