3 cascaded counters being powered from reset pulse from previous counter with exeption of very first counter being controlled by NE555 oscillator circuit. Frequency adjustable by adjusting bottom right resistor from the NE555 circuit. Idealy: 100 Ohms - 5k Ohms (high f = lag).
