Originally made to figure out the loop for arduino code.
Left switch turns the data latch on and off.
The right 4 switches turn on led loads that could be replaced with anything.

If the latch switch on the left is connected to ground the LEDs will turn on and off. If the latch is connected to 5 volts the LEDs will remain lit once turned on until the latch switch is taken to ground
