This is used to simulate a voltage divider circuit in action, you can use this for Thermistor support with a fixed Resistor, choose the highest resistance and calculate the voltage you need for your ADC (May be a good idea to stay away from Max and Min value because of decreased accuracy issues, check datasheet)
