hold button for a few seconds to start.  the zener diodes clamp the gate voltage from going too negative or going too far over 6V. the lack of negative swing increases the simulation frequency.

I doubt this will actually work as a real circuit though; too much capacitance in the junctions of the fets, windings, and resistance in the coils and the load will stop it from running
