ZVS with Mosfets like for Flyback transformers, Induction heaters etc. A bitt hard to get started.. open and close the power switch, and tip the temp switch to start. 53kHz res freq. The 100R bottom right represents a load for the res.-tank.

Add a relay at v+ that switches the power to your main switch and have its coil directlywired to the v+ and gnd so it turns on instantly. That will allow the caps to not start fully charged and screw up the power on. Also a quick way to jump a zvs is to add a momentary button to one MOSFETs source to drain. That will pull the other MOSFETs gate down and start the coils inertia and start a nice swing.

Yes, thanks! In real world its starting good, it is just to keep the circuit from overloading for readability ;-)
