Hexadecimal adder using binary switches

Working on some logic training, and created this hex adder. Input the binary values at the top, and the sum of both sets of inputs will be displayed on the lower display. Still trying to find a way to decode this to display decimal on 2 displays. Comment if you have any tips please!
