N555 for led controler or speed controler for electric motor. 
Circuit is successful tested, I change few values, and when is diodes connected then potentiometer is set to low value. Also transistors are not heated so much. 
 This circuit is very power oficienc, and when runs on batery, time of discharge,is much longer.
 5 volt source is represent voltage regulator.
 Circuit without diodes take between 1.5 to 10mA. Depends on how potencjometr is set.

Fet transistor will give different curent, below Led's is copying curent from first transistor with Resistor, and this way all other transistors will copy that curent and led will shine in this same level.
