Watchdog arduino. Generates a reset to arduino if input stay hight for 500ms

Why you made this? Can it be used to program arduino wirelessly via Bluetooth ? The only problem for it is the reset... And you waiting 500 ms thats the bootloader time isn't it? but it needs double reset how I know though.

This WD can not work properly. If arduino freezes and stays low this WD will not reset arduino
