Hehe! It's a trick that's only simple in a simulator like this. Tap one of the voltage sources, and the spanner. Then tap Frequency. You'll see a few more options, including Phase. All the sources are the same except for the phase. The simulator's special role here is to keep all the sources synchronised. If the circuit were real, I'd probably derive all the different phases from a single source.
