Your LEDs have a max current of 20mA and the current from the supply is almost 70. Try matching the supply current for the LEDs.

The Leds short out the transistors, then there's the matter of biasing currents, as drawn, the transistors would be saturated on. Check a revised circuit, http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6465150624464896
