Darlington Transistor Example

Darlington formation of transistors. Is the current on the NPN circuit supposed to flow from base to collector like that? And also did I do the PNP one right?

No it's not supposed to do that. That's called saturating the transistor. First of all loose the current sources and do it with voltage source. Second limit the base current to some point since you'll be driving 2x transistors which means a gain of more than a thousand. If you pump one amp through the first base you'll destroy thwm for sure.
