Two 555s to operate a relay

Either switch will activate Green LED and relay for 100 mS. They are then inhibited from operating for 5 seconds.
The intention for this is to have the relay activate a camera flash to simulate lightning. One of the buttons is an on-board test button, the other will be a high to low pulse derived from a high pass filter in response to a thunder sound track. The flash is salvaged from a One-Use camera. It requires 5 seconds to recharge before it can be re-triggered.
