Led changes direction when it comes in contact with another led

There is one led that moves if it comes in contact with another led it changes direction

there are 4 switches for turning the led's one by one off

I could make this more clear and advanced IF I HAD MORE SPACE!

Probably its working here when you further simplifies the rules. E.g. Nr of neighbours taken into account maybe only 4
