1st Voltage Souce = Voltage to be tested
2nd Voltage Source = Voltage used by the tester

If the Voltage that is to be tested exceeds the Voltage Range of the tester, the result will be inaccurate.

Wow, it really looks good. It's faster than mine, but the range is nowhere near it. (v2 has 0-99 range). Anyways, nice job! :)

Yours was not a Volt Meter. 😑 It is called a Maximum Voltage Counter/Sensor".
