Turn your source to ac source. Transformer works on ac. Make is 50 hz frequency 311 amplitude just like plugs. Disconncet your source from secondary wiring of transformer from your source. Else you are not stealing. Tadaaa now secondary wiring flows current to ground without source connection. Now you can steal a bit energy from User of primary wiring

1. You need to change the polarity of the transformer, as it creates the OPPOSITE charge. 2. Adjust transformer parameters. 3. Load the circuit(LED). 4. Adjust time scale to match frequency.
