Generator to simulate.  Analogue telephone line in at left to 600 ohms 1:1 transformer (do not try 8 ohm audio output transformer). Line out at right is line in to radio transmitter, recorder, or amplifier.

Check state or local laws and make sure you have caller`s permission to broadcast over the air.

This is one way at a time system.  Two way system requires two way phone patch and special transformer.
