Why this parallel rlc circuit not working

Perhaps the inductor is shorting it out as it is pure inductance. Real life inductors have a little resistance also.

Put a resistor in series with the inductor

Take your multimeter and measure the DC resistance of this 50mH coil. Put as already said an extra resistor in series to the inductivity and get closer to reality. Keep it up.

As hurz says and it can be th smallest resistor available to EC.
