240V AC mains transformer to 240V HT, and two heaters.  this is the power supply circuit from His Master's Voice model M1-A5 and variants, for 240V operation.

the main secondary output is rectified by a doubler circuit made from two 100μF caps and a pair of rectifier diodes.  this is filtered by a low pass circuit and creates the HT for most of the valves in the TV.

notice the output load is important in regulating the voltage.  if the load doesn't draw enough power, the voltage will spike.  if the load draws too much power, the current will spike.
