help wanted - 5v - 3v battery backup

Trying to model a battery backup circuit for a 3v module.  Main 5v is a lipo, but when disconnected, I want to run from a 3v battery.  Module operates between 2.7-3.3v, 500uA while sleeping, 8ma when active once every 10 secs or so.

I'm not sure how to model a schottky (right diode), or if my lamp is set correctly as the module.

any suggestions?  Mosfet??

Try to use zener ref and the op amp
