Not sure, but I think some wiring errors and resistor values too high for the 555 timer. 1 THz out of range for the real world chip.

Top frequency for a 555 is about one billionth of a terahertz.

1Thz is almost light so i don't think a 555 can generate that, i don't even think there is a crystal close to that frequency

There are oscillator able to make thoose frequency but not the 555, it is limited to 1MHz
