Where are you measuring the high voltage at? This really won't do much more than be like a bad kitchen burn, if that. It takes 40-50 kv at .05-.1 ma to really incapacitate a person and much more will kill them. Without a confined lab noone should EVER build one of these. Better off to buy a little league baseball bat.
