Would this be OK to build for a night vision illuminater with ir LEDs. I want to use the 20 LEDs and 9v. But don't want to blow the LEDs. Thanks.

The three resistors on the left are a waste of power.

If your talking about the 5m led strip then they should be ready to go.... Connect 12 volts directly to strip as resistors and constant current circuit is onboard

Thanks jass1989 it's not a strip 20 single 5mm I want to make a good powerful night vision light but need to use a 9v battery what's the best way with how many leds do you think. Thanks,,
