Dual phase Oscillator with charge and discharge indicators

I made a few changes to this Oscillator and added  some charge and discharge indicators for the capacitors.

The biggest issue is relays just don't last very long in oscillating circuits. But well done circuit design

What is it for? How fast is it?

The relays are not apart of the circuit. there just for the activation of the charge and discharge indicators so the circuit is easier to visualize and understand.
