se il terreno é secco si accende il led rosso ... 

 modalitá :
batteria on + fotovoltaico on                             = alimentazione e ricarica
batteria off + fotovoltaico on + switch up       = alimentazione solo pannello
batteria on + fotovoltaico off                            = alimentazione solo batteria
batteria off + fotovoltaico on + switch down  = solo ricarica
