Slightly different to the usual transistor Schmitt circuit which uses a common emitter resistor as the feedback path. This one is more along the lines of the opamp one with the 3M3 resistor providing positive feedback between the output and input. The thresholds are; Lower= 4V12, Upper= 5V64
