Simulate Germanium PNP transistors using 2x of NPN BJT (say 2SC1815-Y) in reverse-darlington. This mimics Germanium’s characteristics such like leakage current. Intended to be drop-in replacement to PNP Germanium BJT w/o requiring any modifications to the circuit.
