Low pass filter, please tell me if it's wrong. I'm teaching myself this stuff

So i figured the answer out but i dont understand what it means exactly 159.155 Hz

No idea why @crake published the result, but its his secret. @bsburns2506, the corner frequency you calculated correctly is the one were the output power of this low pass filter is half of what the input power is. And this is were the voltage drops to 1/sqrt(2)=1/1.414=0.707 so were the output voltage is just 70.7% of the input voltage. Cuz the voltage must drop also the current does drop, and the power is the product from voltage and current. Thats the definition of corner frequency. Hope it helps.

It does help. And i did look at @crake example and thought that his choice of freq was strange but it didnt click until now. Thanks guys i appreciate this
