Voltage multiplier
Left circuit: hit top switch to charge capacitor, then hit bottom switch to multiply voltage on top side of capacitor. 

Bottom circuit: Note voltage doubles at top diode. The bottom capacitor is responsible for multiplying voltage. The top capacitor and diode act as a rectifier.
