A 100Hz signal 100% amplitude modulated on a 1kHz carrier contains these 3 frequency components. 

(The center source is the carrier, the outerwear sources are the sidebands, and the separate source to the right traces the envelope. Note the relative magnitude of the sidebands is half of that of the carrier.)

How about a diode to go upper or lower sideband and 100% modulation is too much for amateur radio. I like waveform you have so far.

This is not a practical modulator sir, it's simply a tidbit of theory.
