POV - PlusOneVolt. Five volts battery flows to O. Amplifier and it have back input the controlable resistor and with coils flows to + of battery. And back to controlable resistor: it flows to normal resistor to ground and O. Amplifier output flows to Amperemeter and then it flows to Lamp with power 60 mW and 16V.
