Dual Data Rate DDR Input Logic Improved with Random Input 555 timer

Capture data at double rate on rising and falling edges. Q0 captures D at 0 degrees, Q1 captures D at 180 degree phase. Using 555 instead of pulse train. Added counter for phase ( 0 , 1 ) and data value ( 0, 1, 2, 3 )
