Booster pedal with 10.7 dB gain. I have built this in real life and it works. Just figured I'd share for the benefit of others. Enjoy! :)

Only a little comment about dBV as unit. Gain is normly given as factor or dB which is without an extra unit like V. dBV or dBm or dBuV are all absolut values and not a relative factor of x 3.4 or 10.6dB. However, please keep it up!
