Horrible schematic. However, it does work fine. Voltage above 30V is clamped at around 3.2V (100V test voltage). Negative voltage is even better, cuz of the extra offset diode voltage. Only the ADC range 0 to 5V is very non linear and almost unuseable or need extra compensation within software. But please make it a little nicer and give it a little explanation. Improvement might be an offset like for the negative side with one diode threshold.
