Have you noticed that it's a very sad place, this world of yours (Not to mention rather poorly lit for a supposed world of of LED's)? I wanted all things to seem to make some sense so we could be happy instead of tense. Your green LED (bottom row, left LED) is inverted and you need to lower the power source from 1G to 128V, then all the LED's will illuminate.
