Just used a buffer to hold the output even though load changes.

Delete the opamp, put a 5k and a 4k in series with the power source and use the resistors junctions with eachother as ground source, bang, +5V and -4V sources.

That configuration is load sensitive. The Op Amp helps keeping the ground stable and it still is load sensitive. Zeners are much better.
