The Marantz 250M is a vintage power amplifier known for its robust design and audio quality. Here are the key specs: * Power Output: 125 watts per channel into 8 ohms, 250 watts in bridged mono mode * Frequency response 3Hz - 65 KHz (-3dB) * Input sensitivity 675 mV * Midband gain 33 dB * Total Harmonic Distortion (THD): Typically less than 0.1% * Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR): Around 100 dB * Damping Factor: Greater than 100 If you go to the place where the signal generator is, you will find a “Switch” that allows you to connect either the signal to the amplifier input or connect the input to ground. Connecting the amplifier input to ground will allow you to view the “Bias” currents and voltages of the circuit, which is extremely interesting. The Marantz 250M amplifier was released in 1974 as an upgrade to the Marantz Model 250, featuring improved circuitry and a new design for better performance and durability.
