Capitalism faces another big crisis: Monetarism, the current form control over inflation which is intrinsically a fault of fiat-money (money that has no intrinsic value) is collapsing fast. The world has 8 billion people. It could easily support many more but not with this ridiculous system of running our planet by a casino we call the stock market! 1% of our population owns more than 90% of all wealth!!! This is a big problem. These 1% would destroy everyone rather than give up their insane control. As for aliens, ha! Hey has anybody used DROID?! What do you all think about that?! It lets you make your own sub circuits,, plus all the things we are desperate for on EC. The only thing it doesn' t have is the live moniter, but you can do much bigger ccts. Maybe they should have bought EC. And combine them toghether to make an exeptional sim. Maybe i take all three ( LT, PSICE, DROID, &EC) to china and with their help mishmash them toghether, even make them talk to each other and pass circuits at the touch of a botton , ( and sending the user to AMAZON and Google for adding a resistor to the circuit. Woul even make the souce code available so people can have a go at adding source code. Basically would open the door 🚪 to people.. Engineering and electronics is neither democratic nor dictatorship. ,, IT is a. ?!?!?!?! Yiu guessed it,,, A CLOSED SHOP.

I don't care who owns Amazon, eBay or EC. I do think EC is an amazing tool. I use ngspice LTspice & QUCS but none of these are as quick to build a circuit with than EC

Yes the live bit, is the interface, that can be fitted to any simulator. ( i think). So EC biggest point is the user interface. The simulator suks.

@ zorg... May be we should care who has bought, EC. Cause it directly effects its development. And having a chance to becomming a full EC, versian, nothing taking away and nothing added. Just a full version of the same version. You know what am talking about.. Hundreds of things some not related to simulator ..... we don't need to advertise how goid EC really is, cause we have already bought it. Unless we are holding royal aniversary for beloved EC ( whom we won't let anyone offend), and our gathering is the celeberation if its goidness. Yes Hurah,, hurra, hipp hipp.. Etc.. hoping a clever buyer owns it, who deserve it, and will turn it to a full version.

It would take me a few minutes to make a list of what "I" think the full version is.perhaps others have too.. A mongst 100 lists, some will be unreasonable,, some impossible, some silly, some would be nice,, some necessary. Amogst a 1000 survay, even better but enough... Um, I think EC is fine by itself, I don't even know if bigger circuits are even simulated as accurately as smaller circuits? Should we trust a simulator to accurately predict the functionality of a much larger circuit just as well as it does a smaller one?

It doesn` t have to bigger citcuits. There arr a lot of other things like sub circuits, library, a general dusting, import or export circuits, connection to the rest of the phone., lots of things.

Size of circuit, needs memory. The simulator that can handle larger circuits run faster with smaller circuits.. Chice is nice, don't you agree?!

What does "size of circuit, needs memory" mean? The representation of circuit nodes and components is very compact. Simulation does not require much processor power. Representing 'live view' probably (should) make use of the graphics processor and so is somewhat independent. EC allows adjustment of parameters while running the simulation. This is not so easy. Indeed, i note that in some cases its best to stop and restart EC simulation in order to get results without waiting too long. Add to all of this the fact that the app has to be targeted at a wide scope of devices with differing hardware capability, and the question of adding 'bigger circuits' becomes non trivial.

For me, one of the most useful aspects of EC is its intuitive UI. This results in a platform that is one of the best for building circuits rapidly. Any compromise to the UI therefore, would be a disaster

The ironic is, probably the only thing they will chsnge is gona be UI. Don't know if you've heard of DROID, it also allows changing paramters while running, ( pots. & voltages, currents).. Not dure if it does bode plot, etc... But is usefull to hsve for largrr circuits. Plus has sub circuit library.. If the EC, UI. was connected to DROID ,, would make perfect.

Ok so sometimes I'm a bit picky with things, and have a different idea of how I'd like to do things than you do. But I've never been so extreme to say something as silly as "thats the wrong color for my transformer".... and me saying: "I will do it the hard way", is just my way of trying to learn and sometimes re-learn something inside and out before I build upon any idea, which i know, i have not accomplished a whole lot of, but that's because I get stuck in my own thoughts all too often, and when I ask for help, sometimes I don't always get the kind of answer or explanation I was looking for, so I get a little stuck again. You get frustrated so frequently, that it makes me think I did something wrong, but I know that's not right, so I think it's really just a matter of how little patience you have with people you immediately think know nothing cause your always being such a stereotype

Commercial science, has to put money and profit before our interest. They also fake experiment results. Also they steal each others work, to put their name on it. Impeaching trump would be good for the environment, but it's been 2 years, and he's still in office, surprising. Another thing that would help out the environment is making way for electric cars. Which I know is very slowly progressing, mostly because it's not as efficient being you have to charge for so long to build up sufficient mileage... but I read something probably a year ago, that they were talking about possibly keeping the gas stations but replacing the current fuel of gasoline with electrolights instead; thus, rather than plunging your car into a receptacle of some sort and charging for hours, you could just add or replace its electrolytes, with would take just as long as it takes to fill up with gas, I thought that sounded pretty genius! Plus, the gas stations are already built and all over the place, we could reuse those without having to build any to make way for electrolyte refill stations, and it would be very clean for the environment.

Cars need tyers, tyers are fossil. They are no better for environment than the fules. What is thr life of the batteries of electric cars, they must hsve a lot of batteries. I think we just have stop gambling rather than having to keep finding new resources for our habbit. Maybe much better public transportation, cheap enough and good enough to make it rnjoyable to use. Bicycles that are power assisted. So you still have to pedal, but not so hard. Sharing cars,, like booking them and hiring them gor when er want to drive,. We could make the fossil fule last us for a long long time. But instead we want to burn up everything that burn first and then go to destroy the next best thing.. It is the fault of commercialism. (i say)

Electrode idea is good, the old ones have to be cleaned and deoxedised somehow...chemical peocess,, need power ( energy) to do it, how clean is that! Don't know. It is us humans who are maipulating the envronment for 6 million years. This is how we survived. But system will saturate at some point, and that will be our good baye.like dynasors.. The job of nature on earth is to produce creatures like us.. And let them manipute for a while.. When the creature starts to break up the chain,, the nature will cut that link out, and replace with a new one.. The process of evolution has not stopped. The next creature might be quite different to us... Might be just a single virus..
