This circuit is intended for controlling an actuator in two directions via a polarity swap. Two end stops determine the range of the movement of the actuator. When an end stop position is reached, the circuit switch off the current to the actuator, hence preventing overload. When the endstop is "1" (end position) only the opposite movement of the actuator is left possible, allowing hte actuator to go to the other end stop.
