It doesn't look like you are controlling a buck boost converter. If you would really like to learn how to do so, then check out my circuits

Thanks for your comment. I forget to mention that I used the upper op-amp to simulate the feedback portion of a buck/boost converter chip. As they usually try to keep the FB pin at a fixed voltage it is compareable to this op-amp configuration. My goal is to control (or offset) voltage and current of a cheap dcdc board with a microcontroller. Do you have any tips?
