Eine LM317 funktional Lösung mit nur 4 BTJ Transistoren und 1 n-MOSFET! Die beste Features: low drop, wide voltage range, simple and fine! Die Ausgangspannung = 1.25V*(1+3k/1k)+47.7uA*3k, wie bei LM317.
Statt n-MOSFET, die BTJ  Komplementar Schaltung oder Darlington Transistor verwenden können. Als  Konstantenstromquelle : Iaus=1.25V/1k, der Knoten 1k/3k  ist Ausgang,  3k entfällt. Viele Grüße für alle Nutzer Everycircuit!

Ja. JA, weil es auch im konstanten Stromschema verwendet werden kann. Viele versuchen, Alternativen für LM317 zu machen, aber nicht alle Funktionalität der LM317 zu bekommen. Gute Arbeit!
