⭐️5V BJT NOT gate⭐️

When input is low, corresponding base emitter junction is forward biased, and base collector junction is reverse biased. As a result transistor Q2 (collector connected to the 1.6K resistor) is cut off and also transistor Q4 is cut off. Transistor Q3 (collector connected to the 130Ω resistor) goes to saturation and diode D2 (connected between the emitter and collector of two transistors) starts conducting and output is connected to Vcc and goes to logic high. Similarly, when input is at logic high, output is at logic low. Enjoy...😎

You wrongly copypaste direction of first diode at the left, when input logic is 1 flow 4.07Ampere, https://en.m.wikiversity.org/wiki/File:NOT_TTL_SPICE.SCH.png

That's a nice room heater.

@qrck13, what Lenny missed to copy, this is a standard TTL inverter.

Found a new friend? Maybe he can help you to publish a circuit?...😂

Instead seems you don't need any help to publish continuously, it's enaught the existence of www.wikicopypaste.com 😂

Learn from the best sources my friend...😎

Learn means understand details too, it seems you had not this ten hours ago, leaving diode in inverted position but believing was all OK observing only the result in oscilloscope. Instead you grown in drawing circuit, no Picasso here, good.

It was okay because it still worked, you spend so much time retracing my steps and what I’ve done when you could’ve spent the same time publishing an innovative circuit. But you’ve run out of ideas and so you’ve decided to stalk my circuits and be a troublemaker.

Still worked???? Yes, worked well as room heater as @wrck13 said. It seems you have not yet realized that exist a real-material electronic world behind the software simulator and that simulator exist only because are existing components physically in real world and not viceversa.

Just some minutes per day to retrace you mistakes.

Have you never seen a Iron solder Lenz in your life?

Yes still worked, it’s called a “simulator”, and you’re welcome. Continue following my bread crumbs and maybe one day you’ll learn something!...🤔

Oh yes, you already taught me a lot, especially what a man shouldn't be and this is the best lesson you have given to EC users.

Don’t post your comments on any of my circuits!

Is this an order or a request? In the first case nobody cannot order something to the others here, in the second case is an unacceptable request destined to be rejected.

More @Bushmills use of misunderstood words and lies, too bad he can’t stop me from defending myself against troublemaking cyber bullies...😡

Lenny you are not the victim, you publish wrong misleading information and you are not able to answer questions cause you have zero knowledge in electronics. Stop being the master Charlatan. Stop being a stupid teacher. Stop destroy users in endless debats. This is not a combat platform go and do your Cyberterror on a different internet platform. We wish to have EC as peaceful as it was five years ago before you started your Cyberterror here. Again, you are not the victim you are the Terrorist.

I can publish whatever information I choose because it’s none of your business what information I publish. You are very welcome to bypass my circuit description so if you disagree with them but you have no right to attempt to force your mandate on how you think this app ought to be used down my throat. You’ve been trying for five years and you’ve been failing for five years, probably because you’re too stupid to understand that you will never win.

When was the last time you published a circuit? It is you that is not interested in electronics, it is you that prefers to behave like a cyber bully!

@Bushmills repeatedly posts fallacious untenable narratives on my circuits accusing me of “spamming”, oh the hypocritical irony. Such pettiness speaks volumes about his assumption that the EC community are so stupid and gullible that they would actually believe his lying narratives!. Report such behaviour to the admins for their perusal. PLEASE NOTE: ** IF @Bushmills FALSE NARRATIVE APPEARS BELOW THIS POST then he has DELETED his PREVIOUS POST and REPOSTED IT AGAIN **

@Bushmills, any atmospheric toxicity comes from your keyboard as evidenced by your REPOSTED LYING NARRATIVES posted BELOW this comment! *BELOW* - Preposition Beneath, under, lower than, less than, inferior to, subordinate to, subject to, controlled by, under the heel of. That’s right, your lying narratives BELOW - never preceding my comments! Unfortunately, not even your cowardly script usage can help you!
