Contains a few changes this time around, specifically on the output stage with the antenna impedance matching circuit.
The 229 Ohm resistor is in place for the monopole antenna and the reactances for the 2 inductors and 3 capacitors are 229 Ohms at 24.5MHz.

Amplifier draws a moderate current from source, so if you are using a crystal oscillator, add a buffer stage on the output to ensure the oscillator isn't too heavily loaded.

Output power is roughly 400mW
