Take car battery inside or into warm area set on board if floor is cold helps. Also, YouTube shows spin alternator with chainsaw motor with small belt (make sure of proper direction to spin alternator) if battery is not completely dead. You are not using small batteries to charge auto battery, are you?

1 amp lipo charges a 500 amp battery? I doubt your doing anything other than polluting the environment.

Keep a large super capacitor in parallel with car battery, this can double the life expectance of the battery.

a 5Ah 3S lipo is good for a kick-start it should be able to put out ~200A for a short time
