The inverting input of the bottom op amp is the TRIGGER pin (2).
The collector of the transistor is the DISCHARGE pin (7).
The 5v power supply positive terminal is VCC pin (8).
GND (1).
The output of the NOT gate is OUTPUT pin (3).
