I don't think it's glitch... This circuit look interesting. There is Transformer in this circuit, then I don't know how does this circuit works.

I don't think it's a glitch. There's some stored energy in the capacitor. It will discharge eventually, but the time frame of the simulation is set at 100uS. That means that everything happening in reality will happen 10,000 times slower in the simulation.

Definitely a glitch, if you're simply patient then the voltage will just rise rise rise and keep rising in an exponential manner.
