Oscillator with 555timer ic

I this design we have oscillator circuit with 555 timer ic. In the red line you will find a capacitor with inductor in parallel which is similar to crystal oscillator or clock crystal. In green line 2 and 6 pins of the ic are connected to 10uf capacitor.
