-A smart pwm circuit. The load resistor is the 100ohm resistor. For best results as mosfet use an irf3205. -Pwm piu compatto possibile la resistenza da 100 ohm è il carico. Se vuoi realizzarlo come mosfet ti consiglio di usare un irf3205.
