-A smart pwm circuit. The load resistor is the 100ohm resistor. For best results as mosfet use an irf3205.
-Pwm piu compatto possibile la resistenza da 100 ohm è il carico. Se vuoi realizzarlo come mosfet ti consiglio di usare un irf3205.

Se avvicini i pezzi è più compatto, inoltre dovresti aumentare la velocità degli impulsi.

Si va beh ero di fretta comunque cosa intendi con aumentare la velocita degli impulsi? Il circuito funziona intorno ai 100hz... Forse ti sembra lento perché la velocita di simulazione è 10ms/s
