Nice. But if I change the time from 0.5 to 1ms the plot will not work correct. Ore I do one mistake. Any idea?

Nice, only one note, IRL 555 wont discharge down to zero volt. This is a little bug within everycircuit 555 and can be worked around with a voltage source at PIN 7 with supply/3 voltage and a little less. To have still the same frequency the current mirror resistor must be doubled. Check this, hope you like it http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6345627020820480

Yeah, its really nice, thank you! But i have one question left: will it works irl even without discharging down to zero, since the mosfet is closed when you turn the mosfet supply on?

You have to adapt the sawtooth voltage which is within 2/3 and minimum 1/3 of supply to fit the comparator threshold to not change the loop gain to much.
